ULAMA jo bhi iska Hal Quran o Hadees ki Roshni me batate hain Wo isey bila chun chara bina daleel maange maan Lete hain kyun ke Jahil ya Kam Parha Likha (Quran o Hadees se Na-bald) hone ki wajah se wo Tahqeeq nahi kar sakte...
Agar 2 Jahil ya Kam ILM (Quran o Hadees se Na-bald) Gair Muqallideen me kisi baat par ikhtelaf ho jaye to wo kya kare ge? kis tarah apne Mas'ale ko Hal karenge..?


GAIR MUQALLIDEEN KE ULAMA
Gair Muqallidin ke Moatabar Tarin ULMA ke Kaale Kaarname jab Gair Muqallidin ke saamne Bayan kiye jate hain to La-Jawab ho kar inka Rang Zard pard jata hai.
Jab koi Jawab inse nahi ban pardta to char-o-nachar ye keh kar jaan chudate hain ke Hum in Ulama, inki Kitabon aur in Masa'il ko nahi maante. Hum to sirf Quran o Hadees ko maante hain.
Halan ke inke ULAMA ki saari zindagi Ahnaf Deoband ke khilaf Zaher Ugalte huwe guzari aur inho ne ULAMA E DEOBAND par Kufr, Shirk aur Gumrahi ke Fatwe Sadir kiye (Nauzubillah).
Ye ULMA bhi khud ko Ahle Hadees kehte the aur inka bhi yahi Da'wa tha ke hum sirf Quran o Hadees ko maante hain.


HUM GAIR MUQALLIDEEN SE PUCHTE HAIN KE...

Kya wajah hai ke 1 Gair Muqallid Aalim Fatwa deta hai doosra kehta hai Main nahi manta. 1 Gair Muqallid Aalim Kitab Likhta hai To doosra Gair Murallid Aalim isey nahi maanta. Kya ye is baat ka saboot nahi ke har Gair Muqallid apne Nafs ki Taqleed kar kar raha hai aur Naam Quran o Hadees ka Leta hai.

GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN (NAAM NIHAAD AHLE HADEES) KE 3 USOOL:
1. GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE NAZDEEK SHARA'I DALEELEIN SIRF 2 HAIN.
(i) Qur'an
(ii) Sahih Hadees
Inka da'wa aur Na'rah hai Ahl-e- Hadees ke 2 Usool Farmaan-e-Khuda wa Farmaan-e-Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).
Chunacha Mash'hoor Fitnah parwar Aalim, Ghair-Muqallid Jiska Tarjuma'h Kiya hua Qur'an har Ghair-Muqallid Masjid ki Shaan hai, likhta hai:
"Biraadraan! Aap ke 2 hath hain aur In dono me 2 Cheezein Shari'at ne di hain. Ek me Kalaamullah aur doosre me Kalaam Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).......... Ab na Teesra hath hai Na Teesri Cheez."

2. GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE NAZDEEK NABI (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) HO YA UMMATI, KISI KI RAA'I WA QIYAAS HUJJAT WA MU'TABAR NAHI
Chunacha Muhammad Joonagarhi likhta hai:
"Suniye Janab! Buzrugon ki,
Mujtahidon ki aur Imamo ki Raa'i,
Qiyaas, Ijtihad wa Istinbaat aur Unke Aqwaal to Kahan.? Shari'at-e-Islam me to Khud Paighambar (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) bhi Apni taraf se baghair Wahi Ke Kuch farmayein to Wo HUJJAT Nahi."

Neiz likhta hai:
"Ta'jub hai ke Jis Deen me Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Raa'i Hujjat Na ho Is Deen waale Aaj Ek Ummati ki Raa'i ko Daleel samajhne lage."

Ghair-Muqallid Abu Jabir Abdullah Daamanvi likhta hai:
"Maqaam-e-Ghour hai ke Jab Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Khwaahishaat aur Raa'i ki Pairvi bhi Laazim qaraar Na Paaye to Phir Kisi aur Shaqs Ya Imam ki Zaati Aaraa'Kis tarah Deen ban sakti hain.?

Ghair-Muqallid, Muhammad Abul Hasan likhta hai:
"Qiyaas Na Kiya Karo kyonke Sab se Pehle Shaitan ne Qiyas kiya."

3. GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE NAZDEEK UMMATIYON KI TAQLEED SHIRK HAI Ghair-Muqallideen ke Azeem Muhaqqiq Maulana Muhammad Abul Hasan likhta hai:
"Aur Is baat me Kuch bhi SHAKK Nahi ke TAQLEED Khwaah A'imma-e- Araba'h me se Kisi ki ho Khwaah Unke siva Kisi aur Ki, SHIRK hai."

Sawaal# 40:
Kya Ye SAHEEH hai ke Jis Wahhabi (Ghair Muqallid) ka Baap Hanafi ho kar Mara Wo Ye dua Na parhe, RABBIGHFIRLI WALI- WAALIDAYYA.?
Jawaab:
Mushrikeen ke liye Dua'-e- Maghfirat Na-Jayez hai.

Aur Isi Kitab ke page 12 par Numaayaa'n Surkhi qayem ki hai:
"TAQLEED SHIRK HAI"
Abul Hasan Taqleed ki Ta'reef Yun karta hai:"Taqleed ke ma'ne Ye hain ke baghair Daleel ke Kisi ke Hukm ko maan lena aur Ye daryaft Na karna ke Ye Hukm Khuda aur Uske Paighambar ki taraf se bhi hai Ya Nahi."

KHULASAH:
Jab Ghair-Muqallideen ke Nazdeek Qiyaas karna Shaitan ka Kaam hai aur baghair Wahi ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Raa'i Hujjat Nahi aur Ummatiyon ki Taqleed SHIRK hai to phir Wo Apne In Usoolon ke mutabiq Kisi Raavi ko SIQAH Ya ZA'EEF Nahi keh sakte ke Ye MUHADDISEEN ki Raa'i wa Ijtihaad hai WAHI Nahi hai aur Kisi Hadees ko SAHEEH ya ZA'EEF Nahi Keh sakte ke Ye bhi Ummatiyon ki Raa'i wa Ijtihaad hai WAHI Nahi.
Lihaaza, Ghair-Muqallideen, Raavi ka SIQAH Ya ZA'EEF hona, Hadees ka SAHEEH Ya ZA'EEF hona Qur'an wa Hadees ki WAHI me dikhayenge.
Ghair-Muqallideen ki Wahi baat Mu'tabar hogi Jo Hadees me Siraahtan (Clearly) dikhayenge aur Agar Sirahtan Hadees me Na dikha sakein to Wo Ummatiyon ki Raa'i hai.
Aur Unke Nazdeek Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Raa'i bhi baghair Wahi ke Hujjat Nahi to Ghair Nabi ki Raa'i Kaise Hujjat.?

NOTE: Humne Ye Tamheedi Amoor is gharz se batayein hain ke Aaj ke daur me Arab wa Ajam ke Ahle Isnaad Tibqah (Naam Nihaad, Ahle Hadees) ne0Arse se Ek bohat bada FITNAH Shuroo Kiya hua hai, Jo Rafta Rafta Poori Dunya me Phailta Ja raha hai aur bade bade Ulema'ko Apni Lapeit me Le raha hai.
Ye log Amal bil Hadees ke Usoolon ko Nazar Andaaz kar ke Raaviyon par adnaa Jarah ki bunyad par Ma'mool biha Hadeeson ko Za'eef qaraar de kar Radd kar ke Khud MUNKAREEN-E- HADEES ban rahe hain aur doosron ko bana rahe hain.
Qaara'een-e-Kiraam.! Aap log In Tamheedi Amoor Ko Peish-e-Nazar rakh kar Masaa'il ka Mutaali'a karenge to Ma'mool biha Ahadees ko SHAHEED karne ke liye (Naam Nihaad Ahle Hadees) Ka Ye Hamlah Insha'Allahul Azeez Na Kaarah aur Na Kaam Sabit hoga.
Fitna Ghair muqallideen ka 1 DHOKA
Germuqallideen naam nihaad [Ahlehadees] apnay zehan aur apni soch ko Khuda aur Rasool sallallahu alahi wasallam ki soch aur ma’asoom samajhtay hain , is liye jo shukhs inkay feham say ikhtelaaf karay is ko nahi kehtay k is nay hamaray feham ko nahi mana balkay is ko Khuda aur Rasool sallallahu alahi wasallam ka mukhaalif kehtay hain – in ki samajh kay khilaaf kisi Imam ka feham ho , Sahabi ki soch ho , Khalifa’h Rashid razi allahu aunhum ka fatwa ho , sub ko Rasool sallallahu alahi wasallam ka mukhaalif kahain gay , aur dhoka yeh dain gay k 1 taraf qoul e ma’asoom hay dusri taraf qoul e mujtahid , jis say khata’a ka imkaan bhi hay ,
halaankay itni baat saaf hay k donoon jahano ki kamyabiyaan Itteba’a e Rasool e ma’asoom sallallahu alahi waasllam say waabistah hain , magar Rasool e Paak sallallahu alahi wasallam ka deen hum tak ba’waastah ummat pahncha hay , ab agar is per ummat ka ijma’a hay to ijma’a ma’asoom hota hay – is liye aesay masaayil hujjat e qatiya’ah hain k ma’asoom ki baat ma’asoom waastay say hum tak pohonch gayi lekin ager is maslah per ijma’a nahi balkay
mujtahideen may ikhtelaaf hay to yeh rehmat e waasiyah hay k sawaab per 2 ajar aur khata’aper 1 ajar aur amal her haal may maqbool – is liye mujtahin aur muqallid ko zarra bhar khatra nahi , un kay a’amaal maqbool hain aur ajar bhi yaqeeni hay , khuwa 1 ajar milay ya 2 – mujtahid aur germuqallid ka muqabilah ma’asoom aur ger ma’asoom ka muqabilah nahi balkay aehal aur na’aehal ka muqabilah hay aur na’aehal ka amal mardood aur gunaah laazim hay

"Ye Rawafiz aur Shiaon ki SIFAT hai ke Wo Hazrat Abu Bakr,Hazrat Umar , Hazrat Osman Razi Allahu anhum waghaira Sahaba Ikram ke bare me Qadah karte hai aur ye bhi RAWAFIZ aur SHIAON Ka hi Haal hai ke Wo IMAM MALIK, IMAM SHAFAI, IMAM ABU HANIFA aur IMAM AHMED rahimahumullah aur unke MUQALLIDEEN O MUTTABIEEN par Tana zani karte hai."

Ab rawafiz ke qareeb kaun hai aur unke bhai kaun hai hame ghaur karna aur samajhna chahye.
Aur Sahaba o Aimma ki shan me gustakhi karne se hame bachna chahye. Har koi khud apne bare me soche na ke doosre par Tana zani kare.

Jab Koi Fareeq-e-Mukhal if, FIQH HANAFI ke Masaa'il ko Ghalat kehta hai to Us Mudda'i se Mutaalbah Kiya Jaaye ke Us ka Maslak Us masla'h me Kya hai aur Uske Apne Maslak ki Sareeh Saheeh aur Marfoo'Daleel kya hai.?
Aitraaz karne waale ki sirf Sareeh Daleel hi Hujjat hogi Ya'ni aisi Daleel Jisme Taaweel ki Koi Gunjaish Na Rahe. Aur Phir Us Daleel ki Sihat wa Ittifaq saabit kar dikh laayein. Aur mazeid Ye ke
Ghair-Muqallideen Marfoo'Daleel hi Peish karein kyonke Sahaba (raz.) ka Qoul wa Fa'el to Unke Nazdeek Shara'i Daleel Nahi hai. Tab Ja kar Ahnaf se Mutaalbah kiya Jaaye to Hum Jawaabdah honge. In sha Allah.

Jo masail quran aur sunnat se sabit hai usme apne aap ko hum "Ahle Sunnat" kehte hai kyu ke sunnat dar asl quran hi par amal ke tariqe ka naam hai.
Jaise quran me hai "Ruku karo" par ruku ka tariqah aur uske azkar quran me nahi wo hume sunnate rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam se mile, aap S.w ne hume quran ke is hukm par amal karke dikhaya ke kaise karna hai.
Sunnat se ye baate mili..
Ruku me jaate waqt ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﺍﻛﺒﺮ , ruku ki halat me ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻥ ﺭﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻈﻴﻢ aur ruku se sar uthathe waqt ﺳﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻤﻦ ﺣﻤﺪﻩ padhna hai.
Ab agar koi ye daawa kare ke hum sirf quran ko hujjat maante hai to uske zimme hai ke wo sirf quran se ruku ka tariqah aur azkaar sabit kare, warna matlab ye hoga ke deen me hukm to hai par tareeqa nahi.
Ab in azkaar ke ahista kehna hai ya zor se, kaunsa zikr imam zorse kahe aur muqtadi ahista, kaunse azkaar imamo muqtadi dono ahista kahe aur saare azkaar munfarid ahista kahe aisa sarahatan kisi rivayat me bhi nahi mila, ye tamam baate Ijmaa e ummat se sabit hai,
In masail par amal karke hum apne aap ko "Wal Jamaat" kehte hai
Aur jin masail me ijtihad ki haajat hoti hai aur quran aur sunnat me sarahatan unka hal nahi hota aur nusus ki teh me chhupa hota hai un masail me Mujtahid ijtihad karta hai aur Gair mujtahid uski pairvi karta hai jise istilah me taqleed kehte hai.
Ab jo hazraat ye daawa kare ke ijmaa aur Ijtihaado taqleed ki koi zarurat nahi aur hum sirf 2 hi daleel maante hai quran aur hadees, unse hum ye kahenge ke jo masail ijmaa se sabit hue unhe pehli 2 daleel se sabit karke bataye, kyu ke hum tisri daleel ki taraf tab hi aage badhe jab pehle 2 dalail me hume iski sarahat na mili, ab jab aap pehli hi 2 dalail se hume sabit kar denge to hum aage kyo badhenge ?
Isi tarah agar wo ijtihadi masail ka bhi sarahatan kitabo sunnat se hal bata de to humme ke mujtahid ko na ijtihad ki zarurat padegi aur naa to gair mujtahid ko uske ijtihad par amal karke muqallid banne ki.
To ab humara mutalbah ye hai ke aap ijtihadi masail ka sarahatan hal kitabo sunnat se dikha de...
Maslan ruku hi ki halat me agar kisi ne galti se ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻥ ﺭﺑﻲ ﺍﻻﻋﻠﻰ padh diya to ab uska kya hukm hai..?

{SAHEEH ka mutalaba isliye ke Gair muqallideen ka daawa sirf saheeh hadis maanne ka hai isliye jo bhi hadees SAHEEH ka darjah nahi payegi, Gair Muqallideen use bataur daleel gargiz pesh nahi kar sakte.
SAREEH ki qaid isliye ke jab nafse masla alfaz ke satg maujud nahi hoga to qayas karna padega aur Gair Muqallideen ke nazariyaat ke mutabiq hum unke is qayaas ko maan kar, Muqallid hokar phir mushrik ban jayenge, isliye humne Taqleed se chhutkara hasil karne ke liye Saraahat ka mutalabah kiya hai.
GAIR MUAARIZ ki shart isliye ke dalaail me ta'aruz hone ki surat me Gair muqallideen, unme se kisi ek ko muntakhab karenge to in Gair Muqallideen ke intikhaab ko maanna taqleed hi hoga jo ke Gair Muqallideen ke nazdeek shirk hai aur hume mushrik nahi banna, isliye Gair muqallideen se Gair Muaariz hadees ka mualabah kiya gaya hai taake hume taqleed se mukammal taur par najaat hasil ho.}
In tamaam sawalaat ke jawabaat ijtihadan hi hal hue aur mujtahid ke ijtihadi qawaid hi se hume iske jawab mile, isliye is tarah ke masail me hum apne aapko hanafi , shafaee , maliki ya hanbali kehlate hai.
Aur in ijtihadi ikhtilaafaat ki buniyad par maslak banta hai, Na ke firqah. Agar ijtihadi ikhtilafaat ki buniyad par masalik ko firqe qarar de diye jaaye to sab se pehle sahabah ko firqo me munqasim maanna lazim ayega (kyuke ijtihadi ikhhtilaafaat sahabah ke darmiyan bhi the) jo yaqinan batil hai.
Isiliye hum Ahnaf , shawafea , malikiyyah aur hanabilah sab ke sab bihamdillah haq ke raahi hai ab agar kisi ko in naamo se bair ho to hume ijtihadi masail ka hal un dalail se sarahatan dikha de jinme hum apne aapko "Ahle Sunnat aur Wal Jamaat" kehte hai, hum yaqinan aage ki taraf nahi badhenge, aur na fir mujtahid ko ijtihad ki zarurat hogi aur naa hi gair mujtahid ko taqleed ki, Lekin agar aap ye masail nusus me sarahatan nahi dikha sakte aur hargiz nahi dikha sakte to khudara ijtihadi masail me apni raay aur qiyas par amal karke hadees par amal karne ka jhut na bolein
Allah taala hume deen ka fahm naseeb farmaye.
