Hadees Mafhoom: Hadhrat Maaz R.A. se Nabi SAWW ne poocha ki tum wahan jakar faisla kaise karoge to Maaz R.A. ne kaha KItabullah (Quran) se, Nabi SAWW ne kaha agar Kitabullah mein na mile to phir, is par Maaz R.A. ne kaha ki Sunnat Rasoolullah se, Nabi SAWW ne phir kaha agar Kitabullah aur Sunnat mein bhi na mile to phir kaise faisla karoge, phir Maaz R.A. ne kaha ki main Quran aur sunnat se Masla nikal kar faisla karunga.
Kuch jahil ye kehte hain ki hadith he sunnat hain aur sunnat he hadith hain. Haqeeqat mein asal baat ye hai ki sari hadeese sunnat nahi hain lekin sari sunnatein hadees hain. ab zehen mein ye sawal zaroor ayega ki akhir sunnat aur hadith mein fark kya hai.
Nabi SAWW ke kisi bhi amal ke sunnat hone ki 3 sharte hain:
1. Nabi SAWW ne ek amal kiya aur use tark na kiya ho.
Jaise Nabi SAWW hijrat karke madina aye aur takreeban 16 ya 17 mah Qibla-e-Awwal ya Baitul Muqaddas ya Masjid Al-Aqsa ki taraf munh kar ke namaz padhi lekin bad mein Nabi SAWW ne apne rukh Kabatullah ki taraf kar liya.
Ab aap kisi bhi maslak ke Ulema ke pas jaye aur puche ki sunnat tareeka kis taraf namaz padhne ka hai to apko yahi batayenge ki Kabatullah ki taraf he rukh kiya jayega halanki sahi hadees se rukh Qibla-e-Awwal ki taraf kar ke namaz padhna bhi sabit hai, ab koi jahil ye kahe ki bhai sahi hadith se sabit hai main to rukh Qibla-e-Awwal ki taraf he karunga to aise shakhs ko sirf pagal he kaha jayega ya jiska dimaghi tawazun theek nahi hoga wo aisa kahega.
Main ek missal aur deta hun, Nabi SAWW ne shuruat mein rafaydain kiya lekin bad mein tark kar diya, ab jo amal tark kar diya ho wo sunnat nahi banta isliye ab agar koi ye kahe ki hum rafayadain karte hain aur sahi hadith se sabit hai ye bhi sunnat hai to phir wo shakhs DEEN ki sahi samjh nahi rakhta hai. Rafayadain karna Nabi SAWW se sabit hai lekin Sunnat nahi hai.
2. Nabi SAWW ne ek amal kiya ho lekin wo amal zarooratan ya uzratan na kiya ho. Misal ke taur par, Nabi SAWW se joota pahenkar bhi namaz padhna sabit hai ye Nabi SAWW ka uzr hoga lekin aap kisi bhi maslak ke Ulema ke pas jaye aur usse kahen to wo is amal ko sunnat nahi kahega, haan aapko agar koi uzr hai, ya aap maidan-e-jihad mein nikle hain, hajj wa umre ke kafile mein nikle ho aur garmi shadeed ho aur joota pak ho to aap joota pahen kar namaz padh sakte hain ye bhi Nabi SAWW ka mubarak amal hai lekin ye sunnat nahi hai sunnat to nange pair namaz padhna he hai. Ek hota hai masla ka jayez hona aur ek hota hai masnoon hona hum Nabi SAWW ke masnoon (Sunnat) amal ki dawat dete hain.
Ek aur misal deta hun, Bukhari Shareef mein 4 makamat par aya hai ki Nabi SAWW ne khade hokar peshab kiya aur AMMA Ayesha R.A. tirmizi mein farmati hain ki agar tumhe koi bataye ki Nabi SAWW khade hokar peshab karte they to samjhna wo jhootha hai.
Ab bila tafreeke mazhab aap kisi bhi maslak ke Ulema ke pas jaye aur puche kis tarah peshab karna sunnat hai to wo yahi kahega ki Sunnat to baith kar he peshab karna hai lekin Imam Bukhari ne 4 makamat par khade hokar peshab karne ki riwayat pesh ki hai. isliye main ye batana chahta hun ki Amma Ayesha R.A. ke kehne ka matlab aur hai, Imam Bukhari Rahimullah ke kehne ka matlab aur hai.
Amma Ayesha R.A. ye batana chahti hai ki agar tumse koi kahe ki Nabi SAWW ki khade hokar peshab karne ki adat thi to wo jhootha hai aur Imam Bukhari Rahimullah kehte hai ki adat to na thi lekin kiya hai ab ye unka koi uzr hoga, uzr ye bhi ho sakta hai ki wo baith na sakte honge ki khade hokar kiya, ya jagah gandi hogi chheente padne ka khatra hoga isliye khade hokar kar liya. Imam Bukahri Rahimullah ne bhi sahi farmaya aur Amma Ayesha R.A. ne bhi sahi farmaya.
Ab koi jahil khada ho jaye ki ye to sahi hadith se sabit hai ki Nabi SAWW ne khade hokar peshab kiya hai to main bhi khade hokar he karunga to use bewaqoof aur kam-ILM he kaha jayega ya kam-aqal kaha jayega. Ab ye lakh cheekhe chillaye ki ye sahi hadith hai aur ye sunnat hai lekin iski bat nahi mani jayegi kyun ki Sunant baith kar peshab karna hai na ki khade hokar.
3. Nabi SAWW ne amal kiya ho aur wo Nabi ke liye khas ho aur ummat ke liye na ho ya Ummat use karne mein qudrat he na rakhti ho.
Misal ke taur par, Nabi SAWW ne 9 aurto se bayakwaqt nikah kiya, halanki aapki Azwaj-e-Mutahrat to 11 thi lekin 2 ka wisal ho gaya tha, jo sahi hadith se sabit hai lekin ummat ke liye 4 se zyada biwiyan rakhna haram hain aur najayez hai. Ye amal Nabi SAWW ke sath khas tha ise ummat ke liye nahi kaha ja sakta.
Nabi SAWW meraj par gaye aur rat ke kuch hisse mein Jannat aur Jahannam ke nazare kar aye jo sahi hadith se sabit hai.
Ab kisi bhi maslak ke Ulema ke pas jaye ki kya ye sunnatein hain to wo yahi kahenge ki nahi ye sunnat to nahi hai
