Shab e Baraat ke Mutalliq Shukook wa Shubhaat ka Ilmi Jayeza.

Shab e Baraat Yaani 15vi Shabaan me Ibaadat Karna, Ahadees e Rasool aur Nabi e Karim se Marwi riwayaat [jo ke Qaabil e Aitejaaj hai, Us] se Saabit hai.

Lekin Kuch Hazraat Maslaki Ta-assub ki Wajeh se Is raat ki Ibaadat ka Inkaar karke, Is raat me Ibaadat ko Biddat Kehte hai, aur Mukhtalif Aiteraazaat Karte hai :

Chunaanche Abu zaid Zameer Sahaab ne Apni Maslaki Ta’assub ki Wajeh Imam Ibn Rajab Al Mutawaffa 795 Hij. se Ek Qaul Naql kiya hai :

Aksar Ulama e Hijaaz ne Shab e Baraat me Ibaadat ka Inkaar kiya hai, Jinme Aata Rh. aur Ibn Abi Mulaika Rh. Aur Naql kiya Abdur Rehman bin Zaid bin Aslam ne Fuqaaha e Madina se aur yahi Qaul Ashaab e Maalik hai, ke Shab e Baraat me Ibaadat Biddat hai.

Al – Jawaab :

Abu zaid Zameer Sahaab Mauzu Hadees se bhi Istedlaal karte hai :

Ji Ha ! Abu zaid Zameer sahaab Mauzu Hadees se Istedlaal kiya hai, Kyunke Yeh Jo Qaul Unhone Pesh kiya hai, Yeh Ibn Rajab Rh. Al Mutawaffa 795 Hij. ki Kitaab se Pesh kiya hai, Jabke Aata bin Rabah Rh. Ki Wafaat 114 Hij. me hai aur Ibn Abi Mulaikah Rh. Ki Wafaat 117 Hij. aur Ibn Rajab Rh. Ki Paidaish 736 Hij. me hai.

Toh Gooya 700 Saal ka Farq hai, Pata nahi Is 700 Saal kisne yeh baat ki hai.

Algarz Yeh Qaul Besanad hai aur

Khud Abu zaid zameer Sahaab Kehte hai ke Jab Uski Sanad Nahi Aati, wo daleel NAHI Bansakti.

Aur Mazeed Kehte hai ke Beghair Sanad koi bhi Aadmi Kuch bhi Bolsakta hai, Kisi par bhi Kuch bhi Gardsakta hai aur Jab Sanad ki Baat aati hai, Toh AADMI Apne Jhoot me Pakda Jaata hai.

Aur Mazeed Khud Abu zaid Zameer Sahaab Logo ko Mashwera bhi Dete hai, Jab kabhi Koi Zaeef ya Mauzu Hadees Bayaan kare, Toh Awaam me Wazaahat Karde ke Yeh Hadees Zaeef ya Mauzu hai.

Imam Najmuddin Ghaiti Rh. Al Mutawaffa 981 Hij. [Jo ke Ahle Misr ke Faazil Yaani Aalim wa Allama hai [Al A’alaam : Jild 6 : Safa 6], Unho] ne Apni Kitaab ‘Sifati Ahyaa Lailatin Nisfi Min Shabaan’ me Yahi Qaul Yu Naql kiya hai :

Aur Khud Ghair Muqallideen ka Usool hai : ke Hadees Khud Hadees ki Wazaahat karti hai. (Nurul Aainain : Safa 120)

Lehaaza Maloom huwa ke Ibn Rajab Rh. Al Mutawaffa 795 Hij. ne Jo qaul Naql kiya hai, Daraasal wo Jamaat ke Saat Ibaadat karne ke bare me tha, na ke Tanha Ibaadat ke.

Note :

Yeh Imam Najmuddin Ghaiti Rh. Al Mutawaffa 981 Hij. ke Qaul ki Sanad Hume Nahi Mili, aur Jo Log Humse Is Najmuddin Ghaiti Rh. Ke Qaul ki Sanad ka Sawaal Karte hai, Unse Hum Imam Ibn Rajab Rh. Ke Naql Karda Qaul ki Sanad ke Talabgaar hai.

Barhaal Dono hi Ibaarte Besanad hai, Lekin Dono Ek Dusre ki Wazaahat Karte huwe Yeh Saaf Batla rahi hai ke Ibn Rajab Rh. ke Qaul me Jamaat ke Saat Ibaadat karne ki Muma’aniyat hai.

أخبرنا أبو الفتح نصر الله بن محمد حدثنا نصر بن إبراهيم أنبأنا أبو سعيد بندار بن عمر الروياني أنبأنا أبو محمد عبد الله بن جعفر الخبازي أنبأ أبو علي الحسن بن علي بن محمد بن بشار الزاهد بهمذان قراءة عليه من أصل سماعه أنبأنا علي بن محمد القزويني حدثنا إبراهيم بن محمد بن برة الصنعاني حدثنا عبد القدوس حدثنا إبراهيم بن أبي يحيى عن أبي قعنب عن ابي أمامة الباهلي قال قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) خمس ليال لا تر فيهن الدعوة أول ليلة من رجب وليلة النصف من شعبان وليلة الجمعة وليلة الفطر وليلة النحر

Zil-hajja ki Pehli 10 Raato ki Fazilat Bayaan me SAHEEH Bukhari me Ek riwayat Maujood hai ke Hazrat Ibn Abbas Rdh. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah SAW ne Farmaaya : Koi aur Aiyyaam nahi hai, Jisme koi Amal Allah tala ke nazdeek In [Zil-hajja ke] 10 Dino ki Nisbat Zyaada Pasandida aur Mehmoob ho.

Arz kiya gaya Ya Rasoolullah ! Kya Jihaad Fee Sabilillah bhi nahi ?, Toh Aap SAW ne Farmaaya : Jihaad Fee Sabilillah bhi Nahi.

Bajuz Us Aadmi ke Jisne Apne Jaan wa Maal se Allah tala ke Raaste me Jihaad kiya aur Uski Koi Cheez lekar Waapis Nahi Lauti. (Yaani sab Kuch Qurbaan Kardiya.

Is riwayat se Zil-hajja ki 10 Raato ki Fazilat Saabit hoti hai, Lekin Kya Nabi SAW se SAHEEH Sanad ke Is raat me Namaz Padhna Saabit hai.

Agar Nahi, Toh Kya Yeh Amal bhi In Raato me Karna Biddat hai ?

Barhaal Ta-assub ka Natija Hamesha Nuqsaan hi hota hai.

Pas, Allah tala Haq Samjhne ki Taufeeq Aata Farmaaye….Ameen.
