Fiqa Hanafi ke masail ko sex kehne walo ko jawab

 MEETHA SHARMEELA AAL-E-HADEES NADEEM (from MUMBAI)


Aal-e-Hadees FIQH HANAFI se   Logon ko NAFRAT dilaane ke liye mukhtalif TAREEQE apnaate hain..


(1):.. Aal-e-Hadees, Fiqh Hanafi se Aise Masaa'il pesh karte hain Jis ko sun kar Kisi Insaan ko SHARM mahsoos hoti ho. Phir in Masaa'il ko GANDE MASAA'IL aur KAMASUTRA ke alqaab se nawaazte hain.


JAWAAB:

Aise Masaail Jin me SHARM mahsoos hoti ho is baare me Rasoolallah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Hamaari rahnumaayi farmaayi hai...


Khuzaymah bin Saabit (raziallahu anhu) ne farmaaya ke, Rasoolallah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaaya: BESHAKK, ALLAH HAQQ BAAT KAHNE SE NAHI SHARMAATA aur Ye 3 martabah farmaaya aur kaha: AURTO'N KI DUBAR ME SOHBAT MAT KARO.


حدثنا احمد بن عبدة ، انبانا عبد الواحد بن زياد ، عن حجاج بن ارطاة ، عن عمرو بن شعيب ، عن عبد الله بن هرمي ، عن خزيمة بن ثابت ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن الله لا يستحيي من الحق ثلاث مرات لا تاتوا النساء في ادبارهن".

Doosri Sanado'n se bhi Ye Hadees marwi hai... 


Ummul Mu'mineen, Umm-e-Salamah (raziallahu anha) se riwaayat hai ke wo farmaati hain: Umm-e-Sulaym (raziallahu anha), Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ki Khidmat me haazir hui'n aur arz kiya keh, Ya Rasoolallah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)! ALLAH HAQQ BAAT KAHNE SE NAHI SHARMAATA, KYA AHTELAAM SE AURAT PER BHI GHUSL ZAROORI HAI..? Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaaya: (HAAN) JAB PAANI DEKH LE (Ya'ni Kapde wagherah per Mani ka asar dekh le).

To Umm-e-salamah (raziallahu anha) ne APNA CHAHRAH CHHUPA LIYA (sharm ki wajah se) aur poocha: YA RASOOLALLAH (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)! KYA AURAT KO BHI AHTELAAM HOTA HAI..?

To farmaaya: HAAN! TERA DAAHINA HAATH KHAAK AALOOD (mitti me mila hua) HO, PHIR KYON US KA BACHHA US KE MUSHAABE PAIDA HOTA HAI..?


حدثنا محمد بن سلام، قال: اخبرنا ابو معاوية، قال: حدثنا هشام، عن ابيه، عن زينب ابنة ام سلمة، عن ام سلمة، قالت: جاءت ام سليم إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: يا رسول الله،" إن الله لا يستحيي من الحق، فهل على المراة من غسل إذا احتلمت؟ قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا رات الماء، فغطت ام سلمة تعني وجهها، وقالت: يا رسول الله، اوتحتلم المراة؟ قال: نعم، تربت يمينك فبم يشبهها ولدها".

In do Ahaadees se Ye baat saabit ho gayi ke Jo Masaa'il SHARM waale ma'loom hote hain un me Sharmaana nahi Chaahye balke Khul kar poochne se hi Un ka hal ma'loom hoga aur Aap Yaha'n dekh sakte hain ke Anas (raziallahu anhu) ki waalidah Umm-e-Sulaym (raziallahu anha) Jo ek Aurat ho kar bhi Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se Ye Mas'la pooch rahi hain... 


Aur Ba'z Mard Sahaaba aise bhi the ke Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se Koi Mas'la poochne sharmaate the to Kisi doosre ke zarye' se poochte...


Lihaaza, FIQH HANAFI me agar aise Masaa'il hain Jis me SHARM mahsoos hoti ho to is me Koi harj nahi hai.. Kaafir aur Munkireen-e-Hadees bhi to Ahaadees  ki Kutab se Sharmeele Masaa'il bayaan kar ke AHAADEES ka Mazaaq banaate hain...

Sab se pehle Ye baat Jaan lete hain ke, MAS'LA ka ma'na hota hai SAWAAL Ya kahiye, DEENI/DUNYAWI CHEEZO'N KE MUT'ALLIQ HAR WO BAAT JIS KE BAARE ME SAWAAL KIYA JAAYE...


Ek hota hai SAWAAL aur ek hota hai JAWAAB...


Humein JAWAAB per AMAL karna hai Ya JAWAAB ko Tasleem karna hai laikin Aal-e-Hadees Aap ki Yu'n PHIRKI leta hai ke, Aap se SAWAAL PER AMAL KARNE KA MUTALBAH KARTA HAI...

Is me SAWAAL Ye hai ke, AGAR KOI JAANWAR KE SAATH SOHBAT KARE TO US PER ZINA KI HADD LAGEGI YA NAHI LAGEGI...?


To JAWAAB hai ke, HADD NAHI LAGEGI...


Ab Koi Aal-e-Hadees Ye kahega ke, Abdullah bin Abbas (raziallahu anhu) to Logo'n ko JANWAR SE BADKAARI karne per ubhaar rahe hain. (Naoozu billah min zaalik)

Ya Phir Koi MUNKIR-E-HADEES pooch le ke, Is Hadees per AMAL kar ke dikhaao to Kitne Aal-e-Hadees Tyayaar honge ke JAANWAR SE BADKAARI karein...?


Humei'n to JAWAAB se matlab hai ke, HADD NAHI LAGEGI aur Hum is JAWAAB ko Tasleem kar lenge...

وقال عكرمة: عن ابن عباس: إذا زنى باخت امراته، لم تحرم عليه امراته


Abdullah bin Abbas (raziallahu anhu) ne farmaaya: AGAR KISI NE APNI SAAS SE ZINA KIYA TO US KI BIWI US PER HARAAM NA HOGI aur Abu Nasr ne Ibn Abbas (raziallahu anhu) se riwaayat ki hai ke, BIWI HARAAM HO JAAYEGI aur Ye nahi ma'loom ke Abu Nasr ne Ibn Abbas (raziallahu anhu) see suna hai ya nahi aur Imran bin Hussain, Jabir bin Zayd, Hasan Basri aur Ba'z Ahl-e-Iraq (rahimahumullah) se ye marwi hai ke, BIWI HARAAM HO JAAYEGI...


وقال عكرمة: عن ابن عباس: إذا زنى بها لم تحرم عليه امراته، ويذكر عن ابي نصر، ان ابن عباس حرمه، وابو نصر هذا لم يعرف بسماعه من ابن عباس، ويروى عن عمران بن حصين، وجابر بن زيد، والحسن، وبعض اهل العراق تحرم عليه

Yaha'n MAS'LA hai, AGAR KOI APNI SAAS/SAALI SE ZINA KARE TO BIWI HARAAM HOGI YA NAHI HOGI..?


Aur Ibn Abbas (raziallahu anhu) se dono tarah riwaayat hai ke HARAAM HOGI Jaisa ke Hanafi is ko maante hain aur HARAAM NAHI HOGI Jaisa ke Aal-e-Hadees is ko maante hain... 


Ab Koi Aal-e-Hadees se kahe ke BIWI ke bhi MAZE aur saath me SAAS/SAALI ke bhi maze, Tumhaari to 5 Ungliya'n GHEE me hai to Kaisa rahega...? 

Kya Aal-e-Hadees, Apni BIWI ke saath saath SAAS/SAALI ke maze bhi lete hain..?


Choonke Ye Aal-e-Hadees ki FIQH ka Mas'la hai to wo ab MAS'LA per AMAL ki baat nahi karega balke MAS'LA KE JAWAAB per AMAL ki baat karega... 

Laikin agar FIQH HANAFI me is tarah ka Koi Mas'la aa Jaaye to Aal-e-Hadees JAWAAB ko Chhod kar MAS'LA per AMAL karne ke liye kahega...

(3):.. Aal-e-Hadees, Mas'la ko Khaas karega Ya'ni Mukhaalif ki Maa/Bahan/Saas wagherah per fit karega aur un ki Ye Chaal isliye hoti hai ke Mukhaalif ko Ahsaas dilaaya Jaaya ke Ye Mas'la itna ganda hai ke Tu Apni Maa/Bahan per bardasht nahi kar sakta to Kyon FIQH HANAFI me bayaan kar rakha hai...

Masaa'il ko UMOOMI rakhne me Kisi ko TAKLEEF nahi hoti laikin Jab is ko KHAAS kar diya Jaaye to zaroor Takleef hoti hai...


Jaise Koi kahe ke, Allah ne Tamaam Makhlooqaat ko Paida kiya hai. Ye Kalaam Aam hai aur is me Koi Qabahat mahsoos nahi hoti...

Laikin Agar Koi is Kalaam ko Khaas kare aur Yu'n kahe ke, AALA TANASUL KA KHAALIQ, AURAT KI SHARMGAAH KA KHAALIQ, KHINZEER KA KHAALIQ ALLAH HAI (Ma'z Allah) to Ye Kalaam Be-Adabi aur Gustakhana Kalaam hai haalaanke Ye sab Haqeeqat hai...


Laikin Aal-e-Hadees, Ye karega ke in Masaa'il ko Aap ki Maa/Bahan wagherah se Khaas karega Chaahe Haqeeqat me aisa na ho aur is tarah Aap ko in Masaa'il se NAFRAT dilaane ki Koshish karega...

Dekhye Hamaara AQEEDAH hai ke DEEN USOOLAN MUKAMMAL HAI matlab Ye hai ke Qur'an wa Hadees me Ba'z Masaa'il to aise hain Jin ko sirahatan bayaan kar diya hai aur Ba'z Masaa'il to sirey se maujood hi nahi hain Laikin Jo Masaa'il maujood hain wo Hamaare liye USOOL (rule) ki haisiyat rakhte hain. Ba'z maujood Masaa'il se hi Hum USOOL akhz kar ke Naye Masaa'il ka hal nikaal sakte hain...


Jab DEEN MUKAMMAL hai to is me Har Achhe Mas'la ka hal bhi hai, Gande Mas'la ka hal bhi hai...

To Jo Cheez Hamaare liye FAKHR ka Baa'is honi Chaahye thi Us ko Aal-e-Hadees HIQAARAT ka baa'is banaane me lage hue hain....
