Aiteraazka jawaab :
Asal me kisi b masle ko smjhne k lie sirf quraan o hadis hi bunyaad nhi he .. Ahnaaf k 4 maakhaz he
Or hum in 4 makhaz ki bunyaad pr hi msla hul krte he .
Hmaare yaha quraan ko smjhne me kuch qawaaid he ..
Unme ek qaida he jise hum dalaalatun nass ( ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ ) kahete he...
Aayiye ab masla smjhte he ...
Roze ka qaza w kaffara us waqt wajib hota he jub jimaa e haqeeqi paaya jaaye ...
Or jimaa e haqeeqi ka maqsad qazaa e shahwat he ..
Or qazaa e shawat ka mahal aurat ki farj ( sharamgaah ) he ...naa k dubur ( paa khaane ki jagah )
To pata chala ke jo aadmi aurat ki farj k alaawa me wati kre waha jimaa e haqeeqi nhi paaya gya ...
Jb jimaa e haqeeqi nhi paya gya to qazaa e shahwat naaqis raahi..
Or jab us jimaa se qazaa e shahwat hi nhi hui to use jimaa e haqeeqi bhi nhi kaha ja skta ...
Or kaffara us waqt wajib hota he jb jimaa e haqeeqi paya jaaye...
Is masle ko hum ne zaani ki hadd wali aayat se istidlaal kia..
K zaani or zaania ko 100 100 kodhe maaro...
Pr agr koi dubur yaani toilet k raaste me jimaa kre to us pe koi had nhi he ...
To is ayat se hum ne dalaalatun nass ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ k zariye se istidlaal kia ...

Or allah kisi pe zulm nhi krte ..
Note : is masle me ftwa saahebain k qol pe he k ahetiyatan us pe kaffara laagu kia jaaye .. Warna log chor raasta nikaal lete he ...
Ek shubaa ka izaala:
Ag gair muqallid bukhaari sharif ki riwayat pesh kre ...
To hum ap ko bta dena chahte hai k saail ne nabi se jimaa ki shikaayat ki thi apni biwi se ..
Or waha jimaa e haqeeqi paaya gya tha ..
Matlb waha jinaayat kaamil thi..
To allah k nabi sallahu alaihi wa sallam ne saza bhi kaamil tajweez frmaayi..
Note : agr koi bukhaari ki is riwayat ko jo abu huraira se mrwi he Hidaya k is masle k apose me pesh krta he to hum use jaahil nhi balke abu jahal ka khitaab denge ..
