ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ ، ﻭﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻣﺎﺟﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻫﺮﻳﺮﺓ ﺭﺿﻲ
ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻋﻨﻪ { ﺍﺩﻓﻌﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﻣﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻄﻌﺘﻢ } ،
ﻭﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻣﺬﻱ ، ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺎﻛﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ
ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ { ﺍﺩﺭﺀﻭﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻄﻌﺘﻢ
2 - ﻓﺈﻥ ﻭﺟﺪﺗﻢ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﺨﺮﺟﺎ ﻓﺨﻠﻮﺍ ﺳﺒﻴﻠﻬﻢ ، ﻓﺈﻥ
ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﻷﻥ ﻳﺦﻃﺊ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻔﻮ ﺧﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺨﻄﺊ ﻓﻲ
ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻮﺑﺔ } ، ﻭﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﺮﺍﻧﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻣﺴﻌﻮﺩ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ
ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻮﻓﺎ ( ﺍﺩﺭﺀﻭﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺘﻞ ﻋﻦ ﻋﺒﺎﺩ
ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻄﻌﺘﻢ ) ، ﻭﻓﻲ ﻓﺘﺢ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﻳﺮ : ﺃﺟﻤﻊ ﻓﻘﻬﺎﺀ
