1. Hidayah ke Qoul ko BE-DALEEL kaha.
.
Is Be-Daleel ki Aar me,
.
2. Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)
ki SAHEEH HADEES ko Chhupaaya.
.
3. Hazrat Abu Hurairah (raziallahu anhu) ke
SAHEEH FATWE ko Chhupaaya.
.
4. Taaba’een Hazraat ke SAHEEH
FATAAWAAT ko chhupaaya.
.
5. Aur phir Hidayah Ki Mukammal Ibarat
bhi Naqal Nahi ki Kyonke Uske sath hi Sahab-
e-Hidayah ne 7 martabah wali Hadees ka
Jawab bhi de diya hai.
.
HAKEEM SAHAB KI HADEES DUSHMANI:
.
Hakeem Sahab! Ahnaf se Ta’ssub me Ye likh
baithe ke Kuttey ka Jhoota 3 baar dhone ka
Qoul BE-DALEEL hai. Jab ke Is Ta’lluq se
DALEEL (Hadees) maujood hai aur In sha’
Allah! Hum Aagey bayan bhi karenge. To
samajh me aata hai ke Hakeem Sahab! ne
Apne Jaahil SHUYOOKH ki ANDHI TAQLEED ki
hai Baraah-e-Raast Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa
sallam) ki Ahaadees ka mutaal’ia Nahi kiya.

Ya phir Ye bhi ho sakta hai ke Isko BE-DALEEL
Qoul likh kar Aam Logon ko FAREIB wa DHOKE
me daalna Hakeem Sahab ka maqsad tha.

Agar Hum Ghair-Muqallideen ki ANDHI
TAQLEED Chhor kar Baraah-e-Raast KUTAB
AHADEES ka mutaal’ia karein to KUTTEY KE
JHOOTE BARTAN ko dhone ke muta’lliq
Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se
marwi Paanch (4) Ahkaam milte hain:

RASOOLULLAH (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) KE
6 AHKAAM:
.
1. Abu Hurairah (raziallahu anhu) ki rivayat
me hai..: Agar Kuttah Kisi Bartan me munh
daal Jaaye to Usko 3 martaba ya 5 martabah
ya 7 martabah dho’O. [Sunan DarQutni –
Kitab: At-Tahaarah]
.
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﺐ ﻳﻠﻎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﻧﺎﺀ ﺍﻧﻪ ﻳﻐﺴﻠﻪ ﺛﻼﺛﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺧﻤﺴﺎ ﺃﻭ
.ﺳﺒﻌﺎ
.
Is Hadees me Iqtiyaar diya gaya hai ke
Chaahe 3 martaba’h dho’o ya 5 ya 7 martabah.
.
2. Abdullah bin Mughfal (Raziallahu anhu) ki
rivayat me hai..: “Rasoolullah (sallallahu alahi
wa sallam) ne Kutton ko Qatl karne ka Hukm
diya phir farmaya: In logon ko kya zaroorat
hai, kya haal hai Kutton ka, Phir Shikaari
Kutte aur Bakriyon ki Nigraani ke liye Kutte
ki Ijazat de di aur farmaya: Jab Kutta bartan
me munh daal jaaye to Usko 7 martaba dho
daalo, aur Aathwein(8) dafa’ mitti se
maanjho.” [Saheeh Muslim]

ﺃَﻣَﺮَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﺑِﻘَﺘْﻞِ ﺍﻟْﻜِﻠَﺎﺏِ ﺛُﻢَّ
ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻣَﺎ ﺑَﺎﻟُﻬُﻢْ ﻭَﺑَﺎﻝُ ﺍﻟْﻜِﻠَﺎﺏِ ﺛُﻢَّ ﺭَﺧَّﺺَ ﻓِﻲ ﻛَﻠْﺐِ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻴْﺪِ
ﻭَﻛَﻠْﺐِ ﺍﻟْﻐَﻨَﻢِ ﻭَﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻭَﻟَﻎَ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐُ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺈِﻧَﺎﺀِ ﻓَﺎﻏْﺴِﻠُﻮﻩُ
ﺳَﺒْﻊَ ﻣَﺮَّﺍﺕٍ ﻭَﻋَﻔِّﺮُﻭﻩُ ﺍﻟﺜَّﺎﻣِﻨَﺔَ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟﺘُّﺮَﺍﺏِ .

Is Hadees me 8 martaba’h dhone ka Hukm
hai, Aathwi’n martaba’h Mitti se maanjhna
matlab ye hai ke Maanjh kar Pani se dho dena
hai.

3. Abu Hurairah (Razaiallahu anhu) ki rivayat
me hai..: “Kuttey ke Jhoote bartan ko 7
martaba dho’O.” [Bukhari wa Muslim]
.
ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻭَﻟَﻎَ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐُ ﻓِﻴﻪِ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳَﻐْﺴِﻠَﻪُ ﺳَﺒْﻊَ ﻣَﺮَّﺍﺕٍ
.
Ye Hadees Izaafe ke sath bhi rivayat ki gayi
hai.
.
4. Abu Hurairah (raziallahu anhu) se rivayat
hai: Jab bartan me Kutta munh daal de to Uski
Paaki ye hai ke Usey 7 baar dho’O aur inme
se pehli martabah Mitti ke sath. [Muslim –
Kitab: At-Tahaarah]

ﻃَﻬُﻮﺭُ ﺇِﻧَﺎﺀِ ﺃَﺣَﺪِﻛُﻢْ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻭَﻟَﻎَ ﻓِﻴﻪِ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐُ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳَﻐْﺴِﻠَﻪُ ﺳَﺒْﻊَ
ﻣَﺮَّﺍﺕٍ ﺃُﻭﻟَﺎﻫُﻦَّ ﺑِﺎﻟﺘُّﺮَﺍﺏِ

7 martaba’h dhoya Jaayega aur 7 vi martaba’h

ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻭَﻟَﻎَ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐُ ﻓِﻰ ﺍﻹِﻧَﺎﺀِ ﻓَﺎﻏْﺴِﻠُﻮﻩُ ﺳَﺒْﻊَ ﻣَﺮَّﺍﺕٍ ﺍﻟﺴَّﺎﺑِﻌَﺔُ
ﺑِﺎﻟﺘُّﺮَﺍﺏِ

6. Abu Hurairah (Raziallahu anhu) se rivayat:
“Kuttey ke Jhoote bartan ko 3 martaba
dho’O..” [Kaamil; Ibne Adi (rah.) Ye rivayat
Sahih aur Hassan Darjah ki hai – Mua’rif As-
Sunan 1/325]

Mukammal Hadees ma’e Sanad wa Matan:
.
ﺃَﺧْﺮَﺟَﻪُ ﺍﺑْﻦُ ﻋَﺪِﻱٍّ ﻓِﻲ ” ﺍﻟْﻜَﺎﻣِﻞِ ” ﻋَﻦْ ﺍﻟْﺤُﺴَﻴْﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻋَﻠِﻲٍّ
ﺍﻟْﻜَﺮَﺍﺑِﻴﺴِﻲِّ ﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺇِﺳْﺤَﺎﻕُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺯْﺭَﻕُ ﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻋَﺒْﺪُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻠِﻚِ ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﻄَﺎﺀٍ
ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ
ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ : ﺇﺫَﺍ ﻭَﻟَﻎَ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐُ ﻓِﻲ ﺇﻧَﺎﺀِ ﺃَﺣَﺪِﻛُﻢْ ﻓَﻠْﻴُﻬْﺮِﻗْﻪُ ﻭَﻟْﻴَﻐْﺴِﻠْﻪُ
ﺛَﻠَﺎﺙَ ﻣَﺮَّﺍﺕٍ .

Sirf Hazrat Abu Hurairah (raziallahu anhu) se
marwi Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)
ke 5 Ahkaam ooper guzar chuke hain Jo Kutab
Ahaadees me paaye Jaate hain.
.
Abdullah bin Mughfal (Raziallahu anhu) ki
rivayat ko mila kar sirf [SAHEEH MUSLIM] me
hi 3 alag alag Ahkaam maujood hain. Ek me 7
martabah pani se aur 1 martabah Mitti se
maanjh kar dhone ka zikr hai, Doosri me sirf
7 martabah Pani se dhone ka zikr hai, aur
Teesri rivayat me Pehli martabah Mitti se
maanjh kar dhona hai aur baqi 6 Martbah Pani
se dhone ka zikr hai. Aur [DarQutni] ki Ek
rivayat me hai ke 6 Martba’h Pani se aur 7 vi
martaba’h Mitti se maanjh kar Pani se dho
dena hai, Doosri rivayat me hai ke 3 ya 5 ya 7
martaba’h dhona hai Ya’ni Iqtiyaar diya gaya
hai. Aur [Kaamil] ki rivayat me sirf 3 baar
dhone ka hukm hai.
.
Ab Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke
Kis Hukm per amal hoga.? To Yahan per
Ijtihaad ki Zaroorat peish aayi. Ahnaaf ne
Hazrat Imam Abu Haneefah (rahmatullahi
alaih) ki taraf Ruq kiya Ye pata karne ke liye
ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke
In Ahkaam me se Kis Hukm per amal kiya
Jaayega.?
.
To Imam Abu Haneefah (rahmatullahi alaih)
ne farmaya hai ke 3 baar dhone wali Hadees
per amal kiya Jaayega.
.
Pas Qur’an wa Hadees ki hi baat ko Kisi
MUJTAHID ke zariye samajh kar Us per Amal
karna hi Asal me TAQLEED hai.
.
Aur Hum Imam Abu Haneefah (rahmatullahi
alaih) ki ANDHI TAQLEED bhi Nahi karte hain
Isliye Hum Yahan Is masla’h me Imam Sahab
(rah.) ke Mazhab ko Haqq saabit bhi Karenge.

HAZRAT ABU HURAIRAH (raziallahu anhu) KA
FATWA:
.
“Kutta bartan me munh daal de to 3 martaba
dhona.” [Sunan DarQutni, Tahaavi]
.
Allamah Nemawi (Rah.) ne is Hadees ko naqal
kar ke farmaya: Iski Sanad Saheeh hai.
[Aasaar As-Sunan 1/12]
.
Isi tarah Shaykh Taqiuddin (rah.) ne Apni Kitab
[Al-Imam] me Iski SANAD ko SAHEEH farmaya
hai. [Ba-hawala Nasbur Raayah, Baab: Fusl Fil
Aasaar wa Ghairiha]
.
Mukammal Hadees:
ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺑَﻜْﺮٍ ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨِﻰ ﻋَﻠِﻰُّ ﺑْﻦُ ﺣَﺮْﺏٍ ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺃَﺳْﺒَﺎﻁُ
ﺑْﻦُ .ٍﺪَّﻤَﺤُﻣ ﻭَﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﺑَﻜْﺮٍ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻴْﺴَﺎﺑُﻮﺭِﻯُّ ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺳَﻌْﺪَﺍﻥُ ﺑْﻦُ
ﻧَﺼْﺮٍ ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﺇِﺳْﺤَﺎﻕُ ﺍﻷَﺯْﺭَﻕُ ﻗَﺎﻻَ ﺣَﺪَّﺛَﻨَﺎ ﻋَﺒْﺪُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻠِﻚِ ﻋَﻦْ
ﻋَﻄَﺎﺀٍ ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻰ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻭَﻟَﻎَ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐُ ﻓِﻰ ﺍﻹِﻧَﺎﺀِ
ﻓَﺄَﻫْﺮِﻗْﻪُ ﺛُﻢَّ ﺍﻏْﺴِﻠْﻪُ ﺛَﻼَﺙَ ﻣَﺮَّﺍﺕٍ .

Muhaddis, Imam Tahavi Hanafi (rahimatullahi
alaih) farmaate hain ke, “Abu Hurairah
(raziallahu anhu) ka 3 baar dhone ka fatwa
dena waazeh daleel hai ke Abu Hurairah (raz.)
ki 7 dafa’ dhone waali Hadees mansooq hai
kyonke Hum Abu Hurairah (raz.) se Husn-e-
zan rakhte hain, Ye nahi ho sakta ke Abu
Hurairah (raziallahu anhu), Rasoolullah
(Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Sallam) se Kuch aur
sunein aur phir fatwa Aap (Sallallahu Alyhi Wa
Sallam) ke khilaaf dein. Is se to Aap
(raziallahu anhu) ki Adaalat hi saaqit ho jayegi
aur Sahabah (raziallahu anhum) sab ke sab
Aadil hain.” [Tahavi 1/23]

TAABA’EEN (rahmatullahi alaihim) KE
FATAAWAAT:
.
Makkah Mukarramah: ke Mufti Taaba’ee
Hazrat Ata’ (rahimahullah) se jab kuttey ke
jhoote bartan ka masla’ poocha gaya to Aap
ne farmaya: “Maine ye sab suna hai: 7
martaba, 5 martaba aur 3
martaba.” [Musannaf Abdur Razzaaq 1/97]
.
ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﺍﻕ ﻋﻦ ﺍﺑﻦ ﺟﺮﻳﺞ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻗﻠﺖ ﻟﻌﻄﺎﺀ : ﻛﻢ ﻳﻐﺴﻞ
ﺍﻻﻧﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻠﻎ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﺐ ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻛﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺳﻤﻌﺖ ،
ﺳﺒﻌﺎ ، ﻭﺧﻤﺴﺎ ، ﻭﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ .

dafa dhone Wali Ahaadees ke raavi hain kehte
hain ke, “Maine Imam Zuhri (rah.) se kuttey
ke Jhoote bartan ka maslah poocha to Aap ne
farmaaya: 3 martaba dhoya jaaye..” [Musannaf
Abdur Razzaq 1/97]

ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﺍﻕ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻌﻤﺮ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﺳﺄﻟﺖ ﺍﻟﺰﻫﺮﻱ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﺐ ﻳﻠﻎ
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﻧﺎﺀ ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻳﻐﺴﻞ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ

Koofah: Imamul Aazam Fil Fuqaha’ Abi
Haneefah (rahmatullahi alaih) bhi yehi fatwa
dete hain ke bartan 3 martaba dhoya jaaye.
.
Us daur ke Sab se bade 3 MARAAKIZ-E-ISLAM
ke 3 JALEEL-O-QADAR Taaba’een ke FATWE 3
baar dhone ke hain.
.
Hazrat Ata’ wa Zuhri (rahmatullahi alaihim) Jo
ke Taaba’een KABEER me se hain aur Sath hi
BUKHARI ke Raavi bhi hain, Kya In per bhi
HADEES SE IQTILAAF ka Ilzaam lagega.?
.
Agar Hum maan bhi lein ke KOOFAH tak 7
Wali Hadees Nahi pohnchi thi, To phir Ye
kaise maan lein ke TAABA’EEN ka daur aane
ke ba’d bhi MAKKAH wa MADEENAH walon ko
7 wali Hadees Nahi pohnchi.? Kya Hadees
BUKHARA ke liye Safar per Nikli thi.?
.
TAABA’EE KABEER KA QOUL AHNAAF KE
NAZDEEK HUJJAT HAI:
.
“Jis Taaba’ee Kabeer ke fatwe Sahaba
(Raziallahu anhum) ke zamaane me shaa’e
the, Hamaare Nazdeek us Taaba’ee ka Qoul
Hujjat hai, Jaisa ke Hamaare nazdeek Sahabi
(Raziallahu anhu) ka Qoul Hujjat hai” [At-
Tauzeeh 2/17, I’la As Sunan 19/132]
.
MASLA’H KI ASAL HAQEEQAT:
.
Rasoolullah (sallallaahu alyhi wa sallam) se kul
4 Ahkaam marwi hain Jo bazaahir muta’riz
(Ya’ni ek doosre ke khilaaf) ma’loom hote
hain aur Mazeid 2 Ahkaam me Izaafah
maujood hai. Khud Rasoolullah (sallallahu
alyhi wa sallam) se inke baare me Koi faislah
marwi Nahi ke Konsa Hukm pehle ka hai aur
Konsa ba’d ka, Aur Jo faislah Siraahtan
Kitaab-O-Sunnat me maujood Na ho to Us me
ba-Nus Hadees-e-Mu’az (raziallahu anhu)
Mujtahid, Ijtihaad karega aur Muraad-e-
Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ko
pohanchne ki Koshish karega.

HIDAYAH KI MUKAMMAL IBAARAT:
.
“Aur Kuttey ka Jhoota Na-Paak hai aur Jis
bartan me Kutta munh daal de usko 3 martaba
dhoya jaaye kyonke Rasool (sallallahu alaihi
wa sallam) ne farmaaya ke Kuttey ke Jhoote
Bartan ko 3 martaba dho’O. Aur Kuttey ka
munh paani ko laga tha Na ke bartan ko to
Jab bartan Na-Paak ho gaya to Paani ba-
darjah aula Na-Paak ho gaya. Ye daleel hai ke
Kuttey ka Jhoota Na-paak hai aur Hadees
Shareef me 3 martaba ka adad Imam Ash-
Shafa’i (rah.) par Hujjat hai jo 7 martaba’h ko
Shart qaraar dete hain. Kuttey ka Peishaab
jahaan lag jaaye to (bil ittifaaq) 3 martaba
dhone se paak ho Jaayega aur Jis Hadees me 7
martaba dhone ka Hukm hai wo Islam ke
ibtidaayi (Pehle) daur se muta’lliq hai (Ya’ni 7
baar dhone wala Hukm ab Mansooq
hai).” [Hidaayah 1/45]
.
Dekhiye..! Sahab-e-Hidayah ne Khud Ye Qoul
Be-Daleel Nahi bayan kiya hai balke saaf saaf
likha hai ke Hadees Shareef me aaye 3
martabah ka adad 7 martabah dhone wali
Hadees per Hujjat hai, aur Is 7 martabah wali
Hadees ka Jawaab bhi diya tha ke Ye Ibtidaayi
daur ka Hukm tha kyonke Hazrat Abu
Hurairah (raziallahu anhu) Iske khilaf 3
martaba Dhone ka Fatwa dete hain Jaisa ke
ooper guzar chuka hai.

EK WAAZEH HADEES:
.
Ahaadees par Nazar rakhne wala Jaanta hai ke
Islam ke ibtidaayi daur me Kutton ke baare
me Ahkaam bohat saqt the. Unko maar daalne
ka hukm tha Jaisa ke ooper Muslim Shareef
ke hawaale se guzar chuka hai phir ba’d me
Unse shikaar Kheilne aur Bakriyon ki Nigraani
karne ke liye Kuttey rakhne ki Ijazat di gayi
hai.
.
Phir Kuttey ke muta’llaq Ahkaam Narm ho
gaye Isliye wo MASAAJID me aaya Jaaya karte
the Aur Sahaba-e-Kiraam (raziallahu anhum)
Us Jagah Paani Nahi Chhirakte the.
.
Ibn-e-Umar (raz.) rivayat karte hain ke,
Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke
Zamaane me KUTTEY, MASJID me aate jaate
the Lekin Log In Jagahon per Pani Nahi
chhirakte the. [Bukhari]
 Aur [Abu Dawood] ki rivayat me aaya hai ke..
.
Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar (raziallahu anhu) se rivayat
hai ke, “Main Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa
sallam) ke Zamaane me Raat ko Masjid me
raha karta tha aur Main Jawaan aur Kunwara
tha aur Kuttey bhi Masjid me aate Jaate the
aur Peishaab kar dete the aur Peishab ki
wajah se Us per (Zameen per) Paani Na
bahaate the.” [Abu Dawood Kitab: At-
Tahaarah; Baab: Zameen Khushk ho Jaane ke
ba’d PAAK ho Jati hai]
 Imam Bukhari (rah.) ne Apni SAHEEH me Ek
Baab bandha hai. KUTTEY KE JHOOTE AUR
USKE MASJID ME GUZARNE KA BAAB
.
Phir iske ba’d Imam Zuhri (rah.) ka Ek FATWA
Naqal kiya hai ke, Imam Zuhri (rahmatullahi
alaih) farmaate hain: “Jab KUTTAH Kisi
BARTAN me Munh Daal de aur Iske Alaawah
Wuzoo’ ke liye aur Paani Na ho to Is Paani se
(Jisme Kuttey ne Munh daala) Wuzoo’ kiya Ja
sakta hai.”
 Is maqaam par Hafiz Ibne Hajar (rah.) farmate
hain: “Musannif (Ya’ni Imam Bukhari) ke
Tasarruf se Ye Zaahir hai ke Wo Kuttey ke
Jhoote ko PAAK Kehte hain.” [Dekhiye Fathul
Baari Sharah Saheeh Bukhari]
.
ﻭَﺍﻟﻈَّﺎﻫِﺮ ﻣِﻦْ ﺗَﺼَﺮُّﻑ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺼَﻨِّﻒ ﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﻳَﻘُﻮﻝ ﺑِﻄَﻬَﺎﺭَﺗِﻪِ
.
Imam Bukhari (rah.) ne phir Ye Hadees bhi
naqal ki hai ke..
.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (raziallahu anhu),
Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) se
rivayat karte hain ke, Aap ne farmaya: Ek
shaqs ne ek kutta dekha Jo Pyaas ki wajah se
Geeli Mitti kha raha tha to, Us Shaqs ne Apna
Mozah liya aur Us se (us Kutte ke liye Pani
bharne laga hatta ke Usko Sairaab kar diya,
Allah ne Us Shaqs ko Is Fa’l ka Ajar diya aur
Usey JANNAT me Daakhil kar diya…………. Ibn-
e-Umar (raz.) rivayat karte hain ke,
Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke
Zamaane me KUTTEY, MASJID me aate jaate
the Lekin Log In Jagahon per Pani Nahi
chhirakte the.
 Is hadees ke tehat Ibne Hajar (rah.) likhte
hain:

Musannif (Imam Bukhari (rah.)) ne Is Hadees
se Kutte ke Jhoote ki Paaki par Istedlaal kiya
hai. [Fathul Baari]

ﺍِﺳْﺘَﺪَﻝَّ ﺑِﻪِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺼَﻨِّﻒ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻃَﻬَﺎﺭَﺓ ﺳُﺆْﺭ ﺍﻟْﻜَﻠْﺐ

Shayad Yehi wajah thi ke Ghair-Muqallid,
Allamah Waheeduz Zamaa’n ne KUTTEY ke
JHOOTE ko Raajeh Qoul me PAAK qaraar diya
