Waali riwayat hai ke Nabi e Karim SAW ne 11 Rakaat Padhi hai aur Hazrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz ke Zamaane me 11 Rakaat Padhaa Karte the Is Gharz se ke Nabi e Karim SAW se Mushabihat hojaaye aur Ginti Jo Thairgayi hai Sahaba aur Taba-in aur Unke Baad ke Logo se Mashoor Chala Aata hai So 20 Rakaat hai. Aur Behaiqi ne Apni Sunan me Riwayat kiya Saa-ib bin yazeed Rdh. Ke Wo Farmaate hai ke Log Ramzaan me Hazrat Umar Rdh. Ke Zamaane 20 rakaat taraveh padhte the.

ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﻞ ﺃﺣﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺋﻤﺔ ﺍﻷﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﺑﺄﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﻭﻳﺢ، ﻭﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺟﻤﻬﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ ﺭﺿﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ
ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻫﻤﺎﻡ : ﺇﻥ ﺛﻤﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺭﻛﻌﺎﺕ ﺳﻨﺔ ﻣﺆﻛﺪﺓ ﻭﺛﻨﺘﻲ ﻋﺸﺮ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻣﺴﺘﺤﺒﺔ، ﻭﻣﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺃﺣﺪ، ﺃﻗﻮﻝ : ﺇﻥ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺷﺪﻳﻦ ﺃﻳﻀﺎً ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﺻﻮﻝ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﺎﺀ ﻭﺳﻨﺘﻪ، ﻭﻗﺪ ﺻﺢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ : « ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﺑﺴﻨﺘﻲ ﻭﺳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺷﺪﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺪﻳﻴﻦ » ﻓﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺭﻭﻕ ﺍﻷﻋﻈﻢ ﺃﻳﻀﺎً ﺳﻨﺔ
ﻓﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺗﺎﺭ ﺧﺎﻧﻴﺔ : ﺳﺄﻝ ﺃﺑﻮ ﻳﻮﺳﻒ ﺃﺑﺎ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ : ﺃﻥ ﺇﻋﻼﻥ ﻋﻤﺮ ﺑﻌﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻫﻞ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻬﺪ ﻣﻨﻪ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻤﺮ ﻣﺒﺘﺪﻋﺎً، ﺃﻱ ﻟﻌﻠﻪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻬﺪ ﻓﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻋﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻻ ﺑﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺃﺻﻞ ﻣﻨﻪ
ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻘﺮ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺸﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ
Ke Aimma E Arba Me Kisi Ne Nahi Kaha Ke Namaz E Taraveh 20 Rakaat Se Kam Hai Aur Isi Taraf Jamhoor Sahaba E Ikraam Rdh. Gaye Hai. Aur Imam Ibn Himaam Rh. Ne Jo Kaha Hai Ke 8 Rakaat Sunnat E Mokida Hai Aur 12 Rakaat Ko Mustahab Kaha Hai Aur Yeh Baat Kisi Aur Nahi Kahi (Yaani Ibn Himaam Rh. Ka Tafarrud Hai)

Kehta Hu Ke Khulfa E Rasheedin Ki Sunnat Bhi Shariyat Ki Sunnat Hai Kyunke Usool Me Hai Huzur SAW Ki Sunnat Aur Khulfa E Rasheedin Ki Sunnat , Sunnat Hai Aur Yeh Baat Saheeh Hadees Me Hai Ke Tum Par Meri Sunnat Aur Khulfa E Rasheedin Ki Sunnat Laazim Hai , Farooq E Azam Ka Amal Bhi Sunnat Hai.

Imam Abu Hanifa Rh. Ne Farmaaya Ke Hazrat Umar Rdh. (Ma’azallah) Biddati Nahi The Yaani Shaayid Unke Paas Uska Ilm Tha.

Kyunke Baaqi Tamaam Ummat 20 Rakaat Ko Sunnat E Mokida Maante Hai Aur Khud Hazrat Saharanpuri Rh. Ka Maslak Bhi 20 Rakaat Ka Hai Jaisa Ke Safa 8 Par Hazrat Rh. Ne Ishaara Diya Hai.

Ubai Bin Ka’ab Rdh. Ko Is Jamaat ko Imam Kiya.
Iske Baad Tamaam Sahaba Rdh. Ka yahi Dastoor hai.Hazrat Usmaan Rdh. Aur Hazrat Ali Rdh. Ne bhi apni Khilaafat ke Zamaane me uska intezaam rakha aur Nabi e Karim SAW ka Irshaad hai ke Meri sunnat aur Mere Khulafa e rasheedin ki sunnat apne upar laazim samjho use Apne Daanto se Pakdo.Bas Par Haqiqat ab koi 8 Rakaat Taraveh Padhe toh wo Muqaalifat e Sunnat Kaha jaayega na Muwafiq e Sunnat.
